You are a rude and nasty person and you ought to be ashamed of yourself for saying what you said in the comments about her. It’s her body. She can do what she wants with it and she is a beautiful woman at the age that she is at go get wrecked.
Unfortunately for you, you can’t change ugly on the inside, I feel sad for you 😞
@danika181263well said 😊

So sad when l hit translate and saw what you said. You seem to be deflecting. If you were going to be that brave say it in English.
Yes on Magnesium!😘
What magnesium is that please
Do you need both? Wouldn’t the magnesium by itself work?
Melatonin is dangerous for the heart. Please infor yourself
Melatonin is not in itself bad for the heart, the study found it was that people that usually need to take it are sleep deprived or have some type of sleep disorder which makes you more likely to have heart problems, and or they had heart problems already which affected sleep. Lack of sleep is a killer !! Correalation doesn’t equal causation in this situation. Melatonin also is not good for you for other another reason…it’s a hormone!, mess with hormones and your whole body will be out of whack, also of you supplement the body with it,your body figures it doesn’t have to keep making it, and that is not good. I limit it to a very low dose, most otc doses are wayyyy too high, most are 10 mg and up. If you wanted to try it if you can’t sleep it should limit it to occasionally no more than 2 times a week and try as low a dose as possible 1 to 3 mg. I eventually have stopped taking it. I take something like she takes contains some natural relaxants and magnesium bisglycinate and glysinate are the well absorbed and tolerated, be careful what type of magnesium some are laxatives and or cause gastrointestinal issues. I think it’s magnesium citrate and oxide.
She doesn’t take it anymore..
Also, it hasn’t been scientifically established to be the causation of heart issues, but instead interfering with medications, which could lead to heart issues.
I took melatonin one time and had a hard time breathing. I’ve never taken it since. I was not on any other medication.
People give it to their children. We didn’t take these things when we were kids, l think we make melatonin naturally and taking it probably stops your body producing it. I dunno. I never liked the idea of it.
Well our body makes it so there’s that. AI melatonin benefits.
I do the magnesium. I also take glycine, magnolia bark. I am going to try the sleep optimizer
Be careful with the bark. It can be toxic for some.
Don’t forget to take off your make up. Non negotiable!
I have to bribe my parents into taking magnesium oil with fruit flavoured gummy vitamins. No matter how many times I explain that it’s gone from the soil, I get the “we eat leafy greens!” Cop out 😂
Things that work for me that I want to recommend to everyone: Liposomal Luteolin (miracle worker) Berberine, DAO, isoflavones, L-Theanine.
Your face-lift seems to have made your mouth look weared
Never felt any difference from sup’s except for iron or D when deficient.
Same. I was a rattling pill box at one point, l don’t feel any different whether l take them or not.
Even if you think melatonin is not effective for sleep, our production drops 50 to 70% after 50. Melatonin is an important antioxidant. Just AI melatonin its a miracle worker for brain, heart, and antioxidant.
Magnesium is the GOAT.
I’d take the Magnesium but the sleeping “aid”…NO. Why take it if you don’t need it?
