    1. I personally take over close to 10 g+ of magnesium chloride every day and it personally doesn’t make me sleep easier and/or better. My insomnia is terrible even with correct diet, regular sleep schedule, strength training, etc… 😔

    2. ​@@KishorTwist Is there a nutrition label on the bottle? Have you tried a different brand? I don’t think you can actually take that much mag and not die on the toilet. Just sayin’! Good luck.

  3. My best pro tip: look at the nutrition label on the bottle! See what the serving size is (3 pills, 1 dropper, etc.) and how much actual mag you’re getting (as opposed to how much of it is glycinate or what have you).

  4. My wife sells magnesium as a “lotion” because it’s 100% absorbed better through the skin. It’s not a moisturizing lotion, it’s more of a topical use application. She’s an RN and learned that a lot of people are severely deficient in magnesium. So she started to make her own “magnesium lotion”. Spent about a year perfecting her craft.
