    1. Are you taking collagen?? Horsetail, Solomon’s seal, and gelatin can be super helpful for restoring musculoskeletal system. RE learning how to move your joints properly will help you after some time. If you’re seated pushing into a ball with your toes, powered by your calf muscle, you can relieve some pressure put on your knees.
