Knee-Friendly Bone Density!

 

I've been sharing a lot about my new trainings and workouts that I'm doing to increase my bone density and some of the comments I'm getting are "Ok but what if me knees won't allow me to jump or have impact" so I made this so you know you can STILL increase your bone density.

Of course impact is best, but you can always do other types of workouts that are low impact and will help you, and not just workouts, remember nutrition plays a BIG part in this too.

  1. Gosh for some1 thats low on funds. Its almost impossible to get all the adequate things needed.

    1. for lifting you can use water bottles or books – you can also use bands for resistance. Nutrition is also something you can do, like as long as you’re getting enough protein
