I’m Raising a Millionaire, Not an Employee

My daughter Scarlett asked me questions most people are too afraid to ask… about money, success, and what it really takes to win.

This is what I told her.

We break down:

– Why being “too small” will cost you everything
– How attention actually drives money
– What “no” really means in sales
– The danger of taking advice from the wrong people
– The mindset required to scale, dominate, and build something real

This is the kind of conversation that doesn’t happen publicly… but it should.

  1. Love it. It’s been amazing seeing your kids develop for greatness and being an example of what can be accomplished with hard work and just willingness to listen and apply the knowledge you have provided over the years.

  2. Grant and Scarlett, this was truly beautiful to watch.

What stood out to me first is the amazing job Grant and his wife have done raising their daughters.

Scarlett comes across as so articulate, focused, confident, and independent.

But what touched me the most was seeing Grant’s vulnerability as a father. Many people see him as tough, direct, and unfiltered, but in this interview, we got to see his softer side, the love, respect, and beauty in the way he interacts with his daughter.

This was more than a podcast. It was a beautiful example of fatherhood, family, and the power of being both strong and vulnerable.

  3. My daughter is 5, and I hope I’m as good of a father as you are as she grows older. What an awesome relationship you’ve get to have

  4. This is awesome grant .you’re an amazing dad bro. Just in case nobody told you good job . I’m glad to see you are finally getting to enjoy life . I have watched you since you was doing car sales training.

  5. I am always amazed about how well she speaks. Can you please share your homeschool journey at one of the podcasts? Thank you 😊❤
