Спасибо за видео, очень интересно послушать было красивую и умную девушку !
You don’t look 40 at all, you look effortlessly beautiful 🫶🏽
I have always been slim but was a huge carb consumer. My doctor saw my A1C creeping up and said to start dialing back the carbs. I didn’t dial them back. Am still slender but now am fullblown T2 diabetic. Dialing back now but am going to have to work harder at this point to get a handle.
Thank you Amy! I enjoy your videos and learn a lot from our coaching sessions. Yes, consider yourself as a coach to all the people who view and subscribe to your channel. Here are some things for you to fit into your busy schedule:
1. Kiss a baby
2. Pet a dog
3. Say thank you to a veteran for your freedom.
4. Begin writing your stories, memories, etc. Any memory/story you want your children to know needs to be written/preserved. NO EXCUSES. Some day some one will want to know these stories and if its the day after you’re gone, it’s too late. Take out paper and pen or make a folder of documents on your computer and just start writing.
