Oh good I’m overweight and fat so I’m already ahead of the game
I was diagnosed with osteopenia quite a few years ago and now I have mild osteoporosis. I have since gone on the estrogen, patch and progesterone since I still have a uterus and calcium supplements. But my doctor has told me that results won’t show for three years. That it takes that longfor the bone density to build. I two was a weight lifter for 30 years. I never thought I’d end up with osteoporosis. Any suggestions on the exact exercises I should be doing?
Awesome!!
Did you add in any high impact activity? Like box jumps, plyometrics, rebounding? I ask because I’ve heard that type of impact specifically helps with bone loss. However, I would rather avoid high impact due to the various types of sagging it can cause via repetition over time.
