  1. In 2015 I bought a house and 5 years later sold it for twice what I paid.
    The stock market does not produce that kind of return on risk.

    1. Not to mention most of the time it’s leveraged anywhere 5 to 20 times. Plus you get to have a roof over your head. This guy is a grifter.

  2. This guy is such a bullshit artist. He doesn’t even care what he says. 1% per year would mean houses only double every 72 years. That means in 1954 house we’re only half the price of where they are today. Does anyone believe that?

  3. My house has doubled in value in 20 years and I’ve really done nothing but make payments.
    Additionally, the land values around me have gone up from $300 an acre in 2005 to $3500 an acre in 2015.
    In the military where we get paid BAH for housing, I bought a home at every base I was at and rented it when I left. Guess how much residual income I make monthly from other people’s money after 25 years of doing this?
