What if it’s not affordable to rent
do you know the definition of inflation.
Has a massive grifter makes most of his money selling bs courses 😂
In 2015 I bought a house and 5 years later sold it for twice what I paid.
The stock market does not produce that kind of return on risk.
Not to mention most of the time it’s leveraged anywhere 5 to 20 times. Plus you get to have a roof over your head. This guy is a grifter.
This guy is such a bullshit artist. He doesn’t even care what he says. 1% per year would mean houses only double every 72 years. That means in 1954 house we’re only half the price of where they are today. Does anyone believe that?
That part was B’s but other stuff he said made sense. Always truth even in lies. I see through it all i can separate the bs from yea that’s good advice
My house has doubled in value in 20 years and I’ve really done nothing but make payments.
Additionally, the land values around me have gone up from $300 an acre in 2005 to $3500 an acre in 2015.
In the military where we get paid BAH for housing, I bought a home at every base I was at and rented it when I left. Guess how much residual income I make monthly from other people’s money after 25 years of doing this?
1% per year??? Where? 😂😂😂😂😂
Liar
But didn’t your Palisades/Malibu house get caught in fires?
What about property taxes, insurance and maintenance costs?
1% a year? Where i live hpuses were 25k in the 80s now they are 500k+
