  2. When working as w2, you can not lower it from 200k to 11k by re-diverting your income. Your only option is to take a 600k mortgage, which you’re unlikly be able to get.

  3. Dont do this actually! Because when you go to apply for a home they only look at the reported amount so if you have a $200k job but claim $11k to IRS they only let you get a loan based off that $11k

When you go to a bank and say either you found a house and need to finance a portion of it or you just want to get a home loan they ask you simple questions. How much money do you have to put down, how much is your income and they ask for your last 3 years of taxes. On those taxes if they see you only reporting $11k but you make $200k they go based off how much you report not how much you make before taxes or before your “spending” just ask the bank, I’ve already been through this with multiple banks they all follow the same underwriter methods
