I have to be at work at 9 so I have time in the morning except I don’t get off work til 9pm so no way I’m getting good sleep the days I work (3 days)

The holidays sent me back a little in my wake up hour but have been focused on it every day this week by waking up 30 minutes earlier, working my way backwards until I get to my wake up hour pre-holidays.
