  1. I just took dim 200mg, and the estrogen dominance weight on my belly, hips, and thighs shrinked. Unfortunately, so did my boobs because dim metabolizes the bad estrogen out of your body. I’d rather have a small chest and a small waist than a big chest and a big waistline.

    1. I started take progesterone and stopped. Increase apetite very much and I feel very bad generally. I will try DIM. For perimenopause symptoms i take “menopause support” and chasteberry it works. Night sweats gone, and breast pain dissapear.
      But for fat loss, GLP1, because i must eat very low calories. I train cycling and weight lifting regulary, for years… My metabolism is very slow for half year 🙁

  2. Well, there’s no solution in this video. If I can help, reduce your stress, manage your blood sugar and insulin levels by walking after meals and staying away from simple carbs. Stick to complex carbs, lean protein, and lots and lots of veg. Eat within a window that feels comfortable for you. I choose eight hours. For the remaining 16 hours, I just have water, herbal teas, lemon, water, etc.

  3. Oh stop We don’t just gain fat because we turn a certain age. What a bunch of BS.
    Most women actually have lowered SHBG which binds to sex hormones. Most women who have or take hormone drugs birth control can raise SHBG binding free hormones depending on type. Others such as SSRI,s Insulin, thyroid meds. alter endocrine hormone’s and their functions. . Along with hyperinsulinemia or blood glucose imbalances caused by poor diet, added sugars, other medications, poor light…increase this imbalances SHBG, TBG, and other hormone levels FSH, LH… and actually can lower estrogen faster earlier. We see flux through life such as before puberty in middle age, after pregnancy all of us not just women. It’s not life altering, doesn’t cause fat gain. What people choose does most often and have been for life decades. SHBG can alter steroid and other hormones levels available. Cortisol, estrogen, testosterone, progesterone. Most often low SHBG is the issue with imbalance insulin and blood glucose. This is weight gain, low muscle, hair growth in odd places, mood depression, anxiety, low thyroid, low tryptophan pathway which also includes our serotonin and melatonin. It actually is most often what people are doing wrong. Ultra processed fake food, fake medicines, no, movement, letting muscle atrophy which helps regulate endocrine hormones. Fake light, added fake sugars, alcohol, other use of chemicals on in and around them that alter hormones xenoestrogens, then soy and added birth control. Decades and we are seeing the same symptoms in children teens just labeled different depending on age, what symptoms are presenting more. Guess what symptom’s they label as PCOS? Many of the same increased weight, mood/anxiety, low muscle, depression, excess facial hair or irregular growth, higher or lower free T, fatigue, poor sleep…In men or male’s same thing high estrogen LOW T, low muscle, high belly fat, thinning hair, gynecomastia. it’s not hormones necessarily it is what people are choosing that is making the symptoms increased, exacerbated.
