    I never considered morning pages being about negativity, rather just stream-of-consciousness writing, clearing the mental clutter before starting one’s day (which ofc might include negative clutter). I would drop it too if I felt it had to be negative in tone or if it was only stirring up negativity. 😕 That’s no way to start a day.

    Its fun to see new vids from you so often. I know its prep for baby time- but I’m enjoying it 😊

    🤔 Hmm? In my morning pages, I write negative stuff, but my brain writes back the solutions. Like… Why can’t I get up in the morning? … Because you stay up too late. 💖🌞🌵😷

    I didn’t use morning pages for negative things. I guess I was doing script writing for my morning pages without realizing it

    Thank you so much for talking about not only what did work but what no longer fits.
    I’ve been truly trying to get back to waking up earlier and recognize that it’s a result of my sleeping struggles. Breathing issues, body temperature, & not staying asleep once asleep. I keep waking up & sleeping & waking in a cycle throughout the night every two hours or so. I’m not able to get up anymore. I’m seeing a sleep doctor. Taking tests. So hopefully things change.
    I stopped my morning pages for a while but it was so helpful so I want to get back to it.
    I’ve never stopped reading. I love it. It’s something that fuels knowledge, imagination, and passion. Especially enjoy it in the evenings or during the day when I do chores.
