Hi Dennis. Good to know and no one actually said this.

This is something that bothers me about the whole MAHA thing. You want to get rid of this or that food dye and that is fine, but you are not addressing the real problem. I do not think there is a more serious health issue in this country than people over consuming carbs. That 4 lb bag of sugar in the store should be required to have a skull and crossbones on it.
Hi Dennis!! I am 60 yrs old on a lean body frame 5’3 and weighing 103 lbs.. i want to gain more weight what can i eat in a low carb diet to do that? I see alot losing weight in a LCD that is why im concern that instead of gaining weight I might lose some. Thank you appreciate if you can enlighten me in this matter
Mr Dennis Pollock MD ( Minister of Diabetes). God bless you Sir !
One area that I believe has not been researched enough on the cause of heart disease is the role of a high Oxalate diet on arterial damage. We know that Oxalate travels through the body in the blood stream and are like microscopic shards of glass which damage everything they come in contact with.
Thank you Dennis!
TY for helping me
Thank you so much for this video and for another excellent source for information. You and I know the secret, a low spike diet. It’s time for all our friends to find out about it, too.

Thank you for another podcast ☺️
Dear Dennis, Thank you for keeping up with the times. You are taking some people from square one on health but it is all here in your videos over the years. Such a treasure trove. 😊
The great motivator of fear makes me stay on the straight and narrow and not wanting to see a spike after eating! Eat to the meter and feel good about those low spikes after a meal.
Excellent post. One of your strengths (at least for people like me) is connecting us with resources (books, or in this cases researchers) that are helpful. As well as translate thehe findings to a non-technical audience (I am technical, but I learn from you how to communicate with people I am trying to help who are not technical) .
Very much appreciate this information.
