Thank you for changing my life for the better health. I was told I had an A1c of 8.5 April of 2023 and I weighed 250 lbs. My doctor wouldn’t communicate with me as I could come into his office as I was in another state at the time. So I went to YouTube and eventually found you on a YouTube channel that mentioned your book the obesity code. I checked it out of the library and listened to the audio version. I immediately cut sugar and went low carb and started to do a slight version of intermittent fasting. Have modified the intermittent to an 18/6 and doing well. By August of 2023 my A1c was down to 5.3 and I have lost 40 lbs. By December of 2023 I lost 65 lbs. and changed doctor’s. I have gotten rid of all but one medication that’s a BP med. last blood results was all positive for the first time in years.
