Day 12 Post-Facelift: Surgeon Removes Stitches & Shares Massage Tip

It’s Day 12 post-facelift, and I had my follow-up appointment with my surgeon. Today, he removed the stitches behind my ears and taught me how to perform lymphatic massage on my jawline to help reduce swelling. This area is still noticeably puffy due to the concentration of lymph nodes, but with consistent self-massage, it should improve quickly. Everyone’s healing process is different, but I’m sharing mine to keep you informed and inspired!
