We are invested with Cardone Capital, and he has been more consistent than any of our other syndicators. Some syndicators do have lower fees, but that isn’t the deciding factor. If they don’t make money, you get nothing. I’d rather pay higher fees and get cash flow vs. no cash flow. Love him.
