**Which products in categories you use and recommend NOW… (ie.: weight belts, shoes, lifts for face – along with techniques used) – & suggestions for someone like I who can’t hide that tape on sides in hair on at least one side as I wear mine in pony to one side….
**Weight lifting & bands for beginners (I’m 72 & NEVER lifted weights, etc…. I LOVE TO DANCE, my only exercise). Show me lifting and other means that I can enjoy as much or maybe incorporate into dance…. OR the simplest, fastest, easiest, effective routine I & those like me, would do and keep doing.
**Supplements – the bare necessities first then the rest also noted in order of best & how to combine or implement into diet like your mocktail, but most affordable.
**Creams, oils, lotions – you’ve done this nicely, but want your NOW BESTS.
I want to start minimum until can afford more.
