Great content gents. The huge issue I see is when the big one pops, this won’t just be a housing bubble. It’s an everything bubble and nobody is going to be able to afford a mortgage or rent. Good luck collecting on dead beats when the house of cards tumbles. I’m worried for all you commercial and even rental owners. The top 5% of the country can’t keep the country funded across the whole economy. Hope you guys aren’t leveraging too deep into what is coming.
