I think Dr. Lufkin had his age and dates scrubbed from the internet by a very good scrubbing company! I hope I can get his book from the library. 🌿 Now I wonder how we had real butter, whole fresh eggs, and for that matter no drugs (not even an aspirin) in our house “in the old days.” In 1960 my parents understood how the body worked and what natural things would help it stay healthy. We had sweets once a week because my parents knew we were kids!
