  1. hey Doc i have mostly recoverd from reactive hypoglycemia,i had the same symptoms as you fainting and dizzy spells.I just wanted to say thank you.

  2. One would need to look back at Trumps past to see if mobility has affected Trump’s back swing. He most likely isn’t as limber. Who is though? Not many.

  3. Please stay away from political figures, it is very polarizing. Love your videos, but politics and political figures make me sick to my stomach – opposite effect (I believe) of what you are trying to achieve.

  4. The “naturalness” of bananas is questionable. They’ve been bred to maximize sugar content and volume. Basically candy from an anthropological standpoint.

    1. We aren’t the same as we used to be due to aging. Golf is a visible illustration of adaptation and functionality.

  5. I appreciate the point you are making but did we really have to include the “Lyin’ King in the example? I get waaaaay too much of him and his incompetence elsewhere. Just sayin’.

  6. Please are you still insulin resistant/pre diabetic ? Has your pancrease gone back to angling glucose like your wife? I want to be sure if insulin insensitivity is reversible because you’ve been eating healthy for a long while. Thanks

  7. i cut out mainly sugar and sweet treats and brought my a1c down to normal. i still eat bread and pasta in small portions.

  8. Waiting to 55 is too way late. Eating glucose you dont need always hurts. I was type 2 at 35 diagnosed at 40.
    And now we know seed oils are toxic and really contribute to the problem.
