Can’t thank you enough for your work Dennis. I don’t have diabetes but it gives me peace of mind that any person who wants to can put their blood sugar levels under their own control and leave the medical trap of “bad advice and too much insulin” can do it. Once they “get there” they will be home free and probably enjoying their food and their mental health more than ever. 😘

Hello – – You and others who are in this battle – – We know that there are multiple layers to Diabetes – – Genetics, life style, abusing your body, eating a lot of junk food, eating lots of cake, pie, health of your pancreas, high levels of sugar and carb consumption, Was your mom born during a period of starvation, etc etc – –

Good analysis, Dennis. It will be helpful when Docs have a more insightful test to warn a person before they become diabetic rather than after the fact. Perhaps AI can pull some of the factors together. In the meantime, trust Mike! The problem is that most of those who will be diabetic in the next few years have never met Mike.

My son’s A1C was 5.5% and he was 98kg. Gained 15kg I’m few months and had that red patch on his knuckle’s skinny. He is healthy 23 years old.
ChatGPT says this is indicator for diabetes.
We changed his diet to low carb and he lost 15kg in three months.
You mentioned that 5.5% is not prediabetic?

i have started at 258 and now at 235 but seam to be stuck at this weight.
