  2. I should’ve listened uncle G. 😢. Bought my current home back in 2020. My Interest rate is 2.8%, mortgage was $1,490. Now it’s $1,890. The damn thing has been nothing but a money pit. Don’t get me started with maintenance. Spent $50k in renovations; new kitchen, bathroom, finished basement…
    It has yet to pay me. I’m only 6yrs in and I’m looking back as saying, “I should’ve invested in more rental property instead.
