  • @lovejoy71422 says:

All the celebrities you’ve named have had fillers and Botox.

    • @chalenejohnson says:

Sure, but in this video we’re giving you so many tips on how you can do it with skincare essentials and vitamins

    • @meemabuver says:

      And facelifts 😂

    • @lisaaustin4561 says:

A facelift doesn’t do anything for skin. Nothing!

    • @lovejoy71422 says:

@@lisaaustin4561Yes it does! It pulls the skin tight!

    • @WonderWomanInMichigan says:

@@chalenejohnson love ALL the tips and advice. But not much compares to actual fillers and Botox. That’s why they look so amazing as they age. Top nutritional cooks, trainers, and everything else they can afford as well.

I do love the advice and try and implement what I can within my budget ❤

Faithful listener to the podcast 🎉❤

  • @loribreese-darling8636 says:

I hate to mention it here, but deep dive into “adrenochrome”…the Hollywood drug for YEARS!

    • @lotusbloom7750 says:

      Is that via IV

    • @chalenejohnson says:

these claims about adrenochrome use in Hollywood are entirely fictitious conspiracy theories with no basis in reality. Adrenochrome is a real chemical compound which can be formulated in a lab, but it has no proven anti-aging or recreational drug effects.

    • @loribreese-darling8636 says:

Sure wish that was true😢…the TRUTH alway prevails and will be exposed soon enough! On a different note, Love what you do, been following you on and off for years!❤

    • @chloebelle4923 says:

@@loribreese-darling8636 On one hand, I believe there ARE elites doing horrid things, no doubt, YET- if there were some illegally obtained “drink” to stop aging, they why do these celebs still need so much surgery?

    • @Anam0408 says:

@@chalenejohnson You seem strangely defensive about adrenochrome, you may not like it but the truth about Hollywood is out and I find your denial questionable. Calling something a conspiracy theory to try and discredit it doesn’t work anymore now that so many people have learnt the ugly truth.

  • @pamelakrueger7353 says:

These celebrities have nutritionist, trainers, access to all kinds of procedures, supplements to maintain their youth. Hard for the average person to compete with that.

  • @ogonwaneri5553 says:

Can I just say I love your videos and your presence Chalene! Hope you’re having a blessed Sunday. <3

  • @irishcountrygirl78 says:

Anyone else using beef tallow as their moisturiser? I use tallow and honey balm from an Irish company, game changer and smells beautiful. Castor oil was always a bit heavy on the face, but great on the body.

    • @floridanativelh568 says:

Yes and it is reasonable and works very well. My son and daughter even use it!

    • @missaih says:

I do! with frankincense and currently Lavender, I love it! Been using it a year now, got compliments a few days after I started using it 🙌🏽 I started topping it off with some additional oils and I’m very happy with my non toxic moisturizers

    • @lauralynch9469 says:

do you buy this or make it

    • @irishcountrygirl78 says:

@lauralynch9469  l buy it, l don’t want to “spam” here on Chalenes account 🙈. I don’t own the company so maybe l can say? It’s called Ancestry cosmetics. It is quite solid in the pot, but warms up in your fingers and surprisingly it isn’t too greasey, even teenagers are saying it’s healing their acne. I find it leaves you dewy, not greasey. I’m a make up fiend 😆, but I’m finding I’m not having to wear as much foundation as l used to. There’s probably hundreds of companies that make it .

    • @madelyn6404 says:

My friend uses it and love it, I use Vaseline

  • @mialeap29 says:

Demi Moore, JLo and Nicole Kidman have had A TON of work done. Nicole Kidman, especially, doesn’t even resemble her younger self.

    • @chalenejohnson says:

The point here is not just about them, is about providing you with other ways to improve the way your skin looks without going under the knife

    • @kittybluett8887 says:

I think she over did it. With Botox and filler less is more and you have to get a good provider

    • @jadedoptimist6364 says:

They get transfusions of blood taken from young people at a business called Ambrosia.

  • @giaw7867 says:

Chalene, I wanted to tell you that watching your channel has changed my life – the information you put forth, coupled with how you curate topics as well as within each video is such a level of expertise, that it’s clear to me you have a gift. Thank you for everything and God Bless you and yours.

  • @carlastewart7519 says:

I thought it was also the good lighting and makeup that gives them the glow in addition to all the obvi

  • @4u2consider50 says:

Don’t forget about Face Yoga for
bringing blood to the surface(feeding cells/muscles contributing to that glow too), tightening and redefining. ♾️🙏🏻

Side note regarding nutrient dense eating = minimal(to no) ultra processed food😉

  • @Kimberly-q3b says:

Great interview! Wow, I feel like I’m on the right track. I take creatine and collagen, Omega 3, and Vit D3/K2 every morning, and magnesium each night. I use Retin A and Estrogen cream at night and sunscreen in the morning. Really excited to try these other supplements mentioned here, especially Astaxanthin and Alpha Lipoic Acid.

  • @Nissa_Kr says:

Thank you so much , finally one interview that had all the information I needed to watch being a premenopausal woman … thank you for being clear and honest

  • @deutschemama911 says:

I absolutely loved this!!!!!! Thank you Chalene.

  • @sw_fit50s says:

Great interview and info. Didn’t really need the list of fake looking celebrities at the start, that actually put me off at first. J Lo looks amazing and very natural but some of them have had major work done and I don’t want that fake look so I’m glad this went in a different direction.

    • @WonderWomanInMichigan says:

I agree. Listing celebrities was a turn off. They are doing so much that the average person can not do. Their “good looks” was paid for

Loved the direction it ended up going ❤🎉

    • @chalenejohnson says:

Haha noted. It’s just to use as reference since Dr. Singler treats a lot of celebrities

  • @Kristy_not_Kristine says:

I’m one of those who do NOT want the “botox look”! Looking forward to this one❤

  • @lindseymarie3341 says:

Oh, we need a part 2- I could’ve listened to her for longer

  • @tammiearrata3679 says:

I’m 56y and often get asked if I’m in my late 30s
I use Retin A daily for nearly 4 years – game changer!
I drink homemade bone broth every morning and night. I don’t drink caffeine (for over 10y now, not even caffeinated tea). I don’t do any processed collagen, protein or calcium in powder or supplements. Just eat Whole Foods. It’s changed my skin texture drastically!!!
I drink 140-150oz water every day
    I use castor oil daily
I rarely eat: rice, bread, pasta, fruits or sugar
    I intermittent fast daily 18/6 & 24hr fast once a week.
I eat whole milk yogurt with chia seeds and flax seeds every day. Also full of anti aging properties.
I also do not use HRT my menopausal symptoms are very mild (I believe it’s due to my health care for myself)
Lastly, I walk several miles a day and weight train heavy weights 5X a week.
Oh and I also listen to this channel often!! 😊
