Please read carefully.
This is not financial advice. You may be asking, “What does that mean?”
Let me explain…
Do not just do what I, my team, or my guest say. That would be stupid and irresponsible. Take the education, then use your own brain and make your own decisions.
YOU must take responsibility for your future and your success. That is why you are here. Neither I, nor my team, nor my guests, know your risk levels, prior education, emotional maturity, or how much money you can afford to lose.
We are only telling you what we believe to be smart moves. But you must decide for yourself. There are NEVER guarantees.
Also, understand that we are REAL teachers. We practice what we preach. With that in mind, we often invest in the very projects that may be mentioned on this show. While it is never our intent, we could possibly profit from others investing in our recommendations.
Take the education we provide but then determine your own actions. If it does not make sense to you, get more education before you invest. We will continue to provide education and there will always be more opportunities.
If ppl are telling you to hold on to cash and if the dollar goes to heck, won’t you just own paper?
Good practical information to pass on to my grandchildren.

I’ve been diligently working, saving and contributing towards early retirement and financial freedom, but since covid outbreak, the economy so far has caused my portfolio to underperform, do I keep contributing to my 401k or look at alternative sectors to meet my money goals?
keep contributing, remember you are in for the long haul however, I’d consider financial advisory at this point of economic uncertainty
You’re right, I’m in line with having an advisor oversee my day-to-day investing, cos my job doesn’t permit me the time to analyze stocks myself. I’ve had an expert actively restructuring my portfolio, and generating big fat yields for 5 years now, amassing nearly $1m so far, after subsequent investments. I and my advisor intend reallocating into gold, recalling the 1929 crash.
ambitious! mind if I vet this person guiding you please? seeking best possible areas or ways to invest for extra income not depending on my 401k alone, figured its best to discuss with a proper advisor
I always delegate my excesses to someone of great expertise ”Theresa Leigh Detrick” you can simply research her online. To be honest, I almost didn’t buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
excellent share, curiously inputted Theresa Leigh Detrick on the web, found her consulting page and was able to pass on my inquiry, no sweat. she seems really proficient and highly knowledgeable
