    The A1C is a report card and is not static or written in stone. Many medical professionals believe diabetes simply canot be reversed. This is a false belief. Diabetes CAN be beaten by lowering your glucose/reducing your blood sugar levels! Eat more carbs, your blood sugar level will elevate. Eat less carbs, your blood sugar levels will decrease. Dennis sandwiches his carb meals between non carb meals! Just follow the science and you will successfully beat diabetes! 🎈🌺🎈

  3. Hi Denis my current HBA1C 5.64 is it possible i can reach below 5.0 and I am also following 18 to 20 hours Intermittent fasting I had been diabetes since 1999 i was on insulin 4 times a day almost 280 Units every day along with oral Pills after doing this i stopped all medicine

    1. You can’t have type 2 diabetes if you don’t eat carbs! Eat ONLY meat, butter, bacon, eggs and seafood and avoid diabetes.

    Poached eggs on top of a burger patty is a great no carb meal.

  7. A1c can have severe errors, especially in low carb athletes. Better to use a CGM calibrated against a glucose meter.

  8. You are a blessing, Dennis. I have times when I’m “this close” to going off plan. I watch one of your videos and it puts my head back in the right place and sets me straight again. This video is excellent and will be one that I turn to for motivation. I also have pre-ordered your book and look so forward to receiving it. Thanks for all you do for us.

  9. 69, I reversed my prediabetes from 6.1 to 5.2 A1C by losing 30 pounds and using portion control when I eat. I eat whatever I want using portion control. I get labs done every 3 months and my A1C has remained steady.
