  1. I recommend both fasting and HRT.
I couldn’t sleep more than 4 hours a night without my hormones.

    1. Unfortunately I only sleep 3-4 hrs most nights , some nights no sleep . My sleep pattern went out the window when I went through the menopause nearly 14 years ago

  2. This makes sense. I have osteopenia and hypothyroidism. The hypothyroidism means my bones can’t regenerate and thats likely why i have weaker bones. If slow was good, hypothyroidism would be awesome and trust me it’s horrible

  3. I was about to do a 7 day fast, but fractured my foot. No displaced fracture at bast of fifth metatarsal extending into zone 2. Now I am worried about if I should be fasting or not.

  4. As someone with osteoporosis, I dearly wish there was good research on the subject. The absence of evidence isn’t very reassuring.

  5. Thank you so very much!! I really wanted to know the answer to this question . I so appreciate what you do!!

  6. II have osteoporosis (now improved to osteopenia and is almost normal). It’s is due to a too low testosteron level and the cause is the pituitary gland who gives to little signaling fluid to produce it in the testicles. Normally you will have a cancer on the gland but I’m the tiny minority who hasn’t got that. I use to get 4 testosterone injections a year and that is now less then 2, reason unknown but I started fasting (OMD) 6 years ago and I have seen a very positive improvement in everything I have including the osteoporosis. So go for it.
