They do have reserves ! If anyone ever runs out of debt, FED has a HUGE debt reserve.

i had a full blown panic attack when i saw that yield spike. i literally called my advisor at 7pm and she picked up. she told me to ignore the “ministry of truth” theater and focus on the actual yield curve math. we moved some money into TIPS and i’ve been sleeping fine since. she’s been handling my 180k for 4 months now and i’ve actually stopped checking the news.

Let’s remember that the federal reserve is not a branch of the United States government. It is a separate entity that controls the global money supply. They are not voted in and there is virtually no transparency between the federal reserves from around the world and their mothership which is the BIS. That is the central Bank of all of the central banks.
Maybe they should fire the 900 PHDs and hire 1 weather person.
