Grant Cardone Gets Confronted Live… Then Calls the Customer
Grant Cardone gets confronted in the middle of an interview, then does what most business owners would never do: he calls the dissatisfied customer live.
This is not a theory conversation. This is sales, criticism, accountability, money, and leadership under real pressure.
In this episode, Grant sits down for a raw conversation about what it really takes to build wealth, get attention, take criticism, handle rejection, and scale a business when people are watching. From Bitcoin and real estate to customer complaints, sales psychology, omnipresence, 401Ks, and why most people stay broke, Grant breaks down the mindset required to win at a high level.
You’ll hear why he believes buying a house can be a terrible investment, why “no interest” is still a level of interest, why being ignored is worse than being criticized, and why customer acquisition comes before customer satisfaction.
Then the interview takes a turn.
A real customer complaint gets brought up live. Instead of dodging it, Grant picks up the phone and calls the customer on the spot.
If you are an entrepreneur, salesperson, investor, business owner, or anyone trying to grow income, scale a company, and build real wealth, this is the kind of pressure-tested business lesson you need to watch all the way through.
What You’ll Learn:
See how Grant handles a real customer complaint in real time
Learn why attention, criticism, and controversy are part of growth

I got confronted with a real customer complaint and called the customer LIVE during the interview.
Most people run from criticism. Winners handle it.
What would you have done in that moment: call the customer or move on?
would have done the same, hey! just sent her an email from their site, im looking for some remote work, if your program is on pause with them,, and if appropriate, tell her, you know someone who would work remote, consolidate/assess their leads and lead flow, to the degree we do a targeted out reach and or we hold a weekly webinar, or we put together a weekly webinar where we bring in the potentials and do an EDU series, to really connect and unpack the value prop, and how Benchmark SOLVES Problems! in addition to bangin the phone! and then! we get them back to Active with whatever product they put on hold with you, Make Sense!? kind of like some of the High Ticket Campaigns B Rand was running a while back – we could figure out the money later, just looking for something to actually do! 👍✌
Grant can’t do enough interviews!! I’m like a kid when I see a new anything he has done!! He is a national treasure!!
Love that Grant has the balls to call customers back and hears them out
Yeah, Uncle OG is the $hyt, bada$$.. As Snoop says, “handle your bu$ine$$,” well Grant doe$. “If it don’t make dolla$, it don’t make $en$e. Uncle G certainly lives by those words.
Money itself is just ink on paper or a digital number
I do have a question. For someone with less than $100,000 to invest, How would you recommend we enter the market. I’m looking to study some traders and copy their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What’s your take on this approach??
Getting a financial advisor at a brokerage will do, bc it means professional investment management, trading services, weekly reports, and no extra fees. Not for beginners alone-but it saves you from YouTubers nonsense and daily hopium
I’d recommend Alexander M Galasso since he always gives market analysis and tips that are really helpful.
Big thanks to Alexander Michael Galasso ~ really appreciate him. he’s honestly one of the smartest and most supportive mentor I’ve ever learned from. His mindset and the way he explains things really helped me a lot
Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 950k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $321k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.
You’re spot on. I actually made the switch to a momentum-heavy strategy a couple of years back after my self-managed portfolio started lagging. I was holding too many “stable” large caps that were essentially dead money. Alexander helped me transition into a mix that included XMMO and some high-conviction growth plays. My account went from roughly $250k to over two million in less than two years just by staying on the right side of the trend.
Knowledgeable content as always, I have incurred so many losses trading on my own….l’m new to trading, How can I make more profitable investments in the trading field without incurring much losses?
If the losses continue, it may be wise to step back from trading on your own for now.
Cassie knowledge is the hidden formula behind real results.
I’m genuinely surprised to see Cassie mentioned here-she’s an incredible person who has brought so much positivity and inspiration into my life.
Trading has offered many opportunities to investors to build a high portfolio despite economy downturns
