Pull ups challenge at 57!

 

Level 57 – I set a goal to master 10 chin-ups and the splits this year. Getting this pull up bar (no screws needed) has helped immensely to be consistent. Now I have to find a better way to be more consistent in my flexibility practice. What level are you and what physical goal can you set for yourself this year?

    Those are actually chin-ups with the underhand grip, palms facing towards you. Pull-ups are hands over top, palms facing away from you which are way more difficult!! I’m working on the Pull-ups right now… 🥵

  3. I can do 10 military style strict in my first set. I’m 47. Im more delighted than when I pulled 100kg kilo deadlift.
