Turns out some of my daily supplements were literally working against me. These four surprised me the most…
🚫 Biotin: it can completely throw off your lab results. Like, send-you-home-from-the-ER wrong.
🚫 Iron: if you're in the after party… you're probably not even deficient anymore.
🚫 Calcium: taking it alone is not enough. You need to complement it with other supplements for it to actually work.
🚫 DHEA: careful with this one unless you like chin hair, cystic acne, and hair loss…

  2. Good subject, but how about for mid-life Men? I can almost bet there’s supplements that work the opposite, that Men are taking that cause… bloating, acne, dry skin, brittle hair, etc

    Yes, I’m a Male subscriber because You do also share good health information and benefits that aid in Men’s health. 👍😊
