Power up + power through + power down.
Habits:
1. Bedtime alarm (include 30 minutes to fall asleep)
Ex: 9pm alarm, get ready for bed, in bed by 9:30pm, 30 minutes to fall asleep.
2. Stop romanticizing dinner: food as fuel.
3. Implement the 2 minute rule.
4. Win List: prime tomorrow by setting a focus night before: core 1-3 things that will move the needle.
5. No TV watching in the bedroom
Thanks Amy, my evening needs so much work. I’ve had to go on a Low FODMAP diet and chaos has ensued. I need to change my thinking and work this out and like you say, power up and power through.

Amy i have observed myself that i can be a good employee, because i love to work for them to impress them through my work.
But i wanna start my own venture sort of on a entrepreneurial side. But here no one is ordering me or i have no one to impress. Hence its stopping me to excel or even launch anything out.
