🚨 BREAKING: your skincare routine might actually be making things worse.

If your skin has felt thinner, drier, or more reactive since perimenopause — and your solution has been adding more products — I have some news for you.

For many women in midlife, more products can overwhelm the one thing your skin is trying to protect. And once that breaks down, nothing works the way it should.

In this episode I'm breaking down:
— Why your skin changes so dramatically after 40
— What most anti-aging routines get completely wrong
— The only 3 things midlife skin actually needs to rebuild itself

If you've ever felt like you've tried everything and your skin still isn't responding — this is going to make a lot of things click.

  1. Ironically, PONDS with the green lid ( cold cream) i let it soak in at night – moisturizer during the day – face neck chest – yes! Still PONDS . Google reviews of u want. ( i also get a setum product from Amazon that had 20% Vit C – excellent!!! ( very cool to exfoliate with glycolic pads – get as high % as they have – at least above 20% – 30-35% better!!

  2. I agree. It is also extremely unhealthy for the skin to use to many products. Think of periorale dermatitis!
