Thanks to you and Mike, the meter.
How much of a rise is considered a spike?
Dennis did a video on this, how much is a spike, within the last year.. i maybe wrong, but I think Rev. Pollock’s current belief is that he does not want what he puts in his mouth to drive his blood sugar higher than 130 or 140 at the most, with it returning quickly to 100 or lower/below. Below 120 is a good goal for spikes, or meals that don’t spike your blood sugar over 100 would be even more ideal. A fasting blood glucose even 10 points over 100 (110) research shows does damage to your body/organs. Even more important is for a person to study and understand that somethings (artificial sweetners and fructose) can spike insulin without showing a blood sugar spike. High insulin causes visceral fat, insulin resistance, inflammation, and depresses immune response to pathogens. The person who developes an insulin meter will make money. Diabetes, high insulin, are directly linked to inflammation, pain, disease, organ damage, visceral fat ( which produces toxic molecules and inflammatory substances). See Sean O’Mara on YouTube being interviewed about visceral fat.
Dr. BERNSTEIN indicates a blood glucose of not over 85 is what he considers ideal.

Thank you!!
“you cannot argue with Mike” ain’t that the truth 😊 you can try to ignore him and face the consequences but the truth is the truth and that doesn’t change.❤
