Today, we're talking about the importance of your hook. This is the first 1 to 2 seconds of your video that stops people from scrolling. It's extremely important because without a strong hook, viewers will move on almost instantly.

Your hook can be something visual, like in this video. It can also be a question or the start of a story that sparks curiosity. There's no need to introduce yourself or explain what you're about to talk about. Just jump right in. Instead of making people wonder if your video is worth watching, make them wonder what happens next.

And if you're a little late to start this challenge with us, that's totally okay! Thousands of people are participating. We're simply creating a space to make videos together and learn along the way.
