Is inflation a good thing for real estate because the investors/owners of the real estate get richer? But what about the entire country that is trying to just afford a apartment or house and cant so there homeless families all over america, is inflation in real estate good then?!
That would be the aforementioned explosion
@@sparksyg1932 That doesn’t make sense. That’s saying that houses at 300k are not too expensive but 500k+ for a house is when inflation is getting out of hand, but houses used to be like 50k or 100k and a man can take care of his big family and all his bills with a single income but now moms can’t be in the home with kids because nobody can even truly afford even a cheap house these days. Did u know that the value of money stays down when the price of everything goes up. Stuff is so backwards it’s sad and it’s literally killing children
Yes it’s good they make more money so what u mean
He took the video out of context.
@@justincarter4587 so are u saying that you make more money by needing to save for 20 years just for a down payment on a house and then to live paycheck to paycheck the rest of ur life because thats the reality for 99% of america
I mean, if you got your education at Trump University this makes perfect sense.
It does. You know most property are owned by enormous corporations or families and being sold back to us. It only benefits the top 1%.
TDS is a real thing you should get tested
Subhuman brick
Inflation benefits the top of the scale…
Inflation is terrible for the bottom of the scale…
He’s saying inflation is good for real estate. You don’t have to be “top of the scale” to own land and property.
@TheNINDLE are you buying and selling land at the bottom… my point clearly states inflation (as a whole), not just inflation on real estate… i understand everytime somthing is bought and sold, the value normally increases… really, I think it’s the hypocrisy in our government… Trump said he would end the war in Ukraine (who we gave 113 BILLION dollars to in 2023), while Russia has been asking for water to Crimea since 2014… Putin evaded in February 2022, restored water march 2022, and has pushed no further… Trump still has my vote, but he was president during part of this time, right…? He will most likely ease the burden of inflation, but can he kill the Greed machine that is our government who benefit from our transactions… NO… the whole thing is corrupt, from campaign money to stock trading while in office and on and on… we are F****D
Maybe dont take the video out of context 😂 you really think we’re stupid enough to not watch the entire video?
Inflation is a good thing for real estate. In this case it is not. And with investment banks and hedgefunds buying homes and renting them out. You risk a system that is completely rigged.
