Good morning Mr Dennis QQQ how much fat and protein grams a day do you eat? Thank you
I love bananas i eat half a banana every morning it has zero effect on my blood suger.
Me too , on chia seed pudding .For breakfast 😊
As a type one diabetic it causes my blood sugar to raise considerably. I used to love bananas. Still do but I must stay away. I’m glad you can eat them.
hey Doc if its possible could you make a vidoe on insuline resistance and gout?
Pastor Pollock is not a medical doctor.
Perfect.
Good afternoon sir please what do your wife use as fufu to eat okra soup.
They have to recipe on one of their messages. I’m sorry I can’t lead you to it. Dennis can.
Hey Dennis Love both you and Dr Fung. You’ve both helped me so much. Im currently stuck at BS about 140 before eating anything at NO carb. Still having to use meds but the numbers are getting slowly better. I have seen a few double digit BS which is awesome for me. 🎉ya i avoid fruit can get away with some blueberries but not strawberries… banana would skyrocket my BS. Im on the fence with powdered stevia which uses maltodextrin as the carrier sometimes it goes up sometimes not. I sniffed a sweet potatoe once and had a BS spike😅
😂 @sniffed a sweet potato once”
And I really miss Ezekiel bread😢 had to give it up
I love mangos.
I’m sticking with Dennis!
One problem with “natural” fruits and vegetables is that most are not heirloom (admittedly a loose definition). Most whole plant products in the store have undergone thousands of years of selective breeding to maximize energy content (primarily carbohydrate) and minimize every other macronutrient. This was happening millennia before the concept of GMOs.
