  13. honestly i used to get super caught up in this stuff. watching thise types of videos every day, arguing with people online, feeling like the world was falling apart and it was all on my shoulders somehow. and on top of that i was stressed about money, trying to stay afloat, just constantly anxious. i dont know what changed exactly, but a while ago i came across this weird book someone mentioned in a thread 22 dark truths of winning. didntt think much of it at first but something in it kinda snapped me out of the mental fog. it just made me look at things differently. now when i see news like this, i dont spiral the way i used to. i still care, but ive stopped letting it eat me alive. Dont know if anyone is going to read this or if its going to be lost in the endless sea of comments but i just wanted to give my 2 cents hah

  14. used to watch videos like this and get super stressed out. like id go down a rabbit hole about the economy or the next big crisis and then end up losing sleep over it. and meanwhile i was broke, burned out, and mad at everything. someone somewhere mentioned this book 22 dark truths of winning which is not that mainstream and known to be fair and for good reason because some of the stuff can be used for bad haha… anyways it was not what i expected. its blunt, kind of uncomfortable at times, but it helped me zoom out a bit. not in a everything is fine way, but more like youve been lied to about how this all works, and heres the real deal. i dont recommend books much and not the biggest reader but if your brain is fried from all this chaos, this one might hit different

  15. i used to get way too emotionally invested in stuff like this. like, id watch the video, get angry, then sit there stressed about my own life too bills, job stuff, relationship stuff. everything felt like it was closing in. Then I came across this book called 22 dark truths of winning. i read it mostly out of curiosity, not expecting much. but weirdly, it helped. not in a feel good way, more like it slapped me awake. i think i just needed someone to say the stuff nobody says out loud. definitely not for everyone, but it made me stop freaking out over things i cant control.
