Love it 🎉❤
Nothing worth doing in life is EASY. And so far not a lot of traction on the channel. But pushing through.
I use that exact phrase when talking to other artists, whether colleagues or students, about creating art. It means “don’t fight it”. Go with what comes naturally. Not only will it mean you’ll actually do it, it means you’ll enjoy it, and others will sense that joy. Sure, art can be super-impressive, but it’s only when that it’s a simple extension of your brain (and easy) that the magic appears. It’s always, but always, my easiest videos that have done best.
I remember one of your podcast episodes where you talked about this years ago, and it is always the first place my mind goes when I hit resistance to getting momentum or consistency around goals. Thanks Pat You just reignited something in me.🔥
Day 12 ✅
Didn’t know this was happening but I have posted almost everyday in the last 12!
Day 12 done
Day 12
I haven’t kept up with any of the daily challenge series, but I have found my upload routine and stayed consistent with that. I haven’t exploded overnight or anything, but my channel has been growing slowly. As it has, I’ve noticed that the slow build is often the best because it’s consistent and has a firm foundation. Which is good advice for anything, not just youtube channels
Every video ive made, has been created with my phone and phone mic. Even edited on phone.
Hard for me to have daily videos, but I think im progressing
Yep! I’m leaning into that more than ever because of this challenge! I’ve stretched myself to use just the phone and not the main studio. It’s been LIBERATING! Day 12 done!
Day 12 done!!
Day 12 done!
That is a great question. We think harder is better. When we focus on what’s important and make it simple we tend to be able to make a bigger impact that’s much wider.
I need more than one question to accomplish my goals, but this is a good one. (ps, I don’t care about short form video, but I do care about your ideas. thanks for posting!)
Day 12 Done!! ✅ I feel like I should’ve watched this before the video I did lol! I feel sometimes I overdue the videos… this is that case
Day 148 done! If this was easy, I would make more meme reals and edit them in batches while understanding how to be in touch with the social norms of the hobby. Sometimes I just don’t feel well and it’s hard. I still try though.
Day 12 done and I had over 1k views on my Instagram.
Day 12 done – this has been such great advice. Not corner cutting but simplifying, massive gains as a result 💪
Learning “my” system that works and being passionate even when the numbers aren’t hitting. Just like collect what you love, I create what I love too. Learn from all of it. Hits, failures, engagement, and most of all the memories I am making along the way. 😊
