  2. 1-6-2026 I am diabetic, and control my A1C by eating low carb and eating fatty meats. My granddaughter is diabetic. SHE controls HERS with CALORIES. For the life of me, I don’t UNDERSTAND how her method WORKS. But…..her A1C is now in the ” 5 ” range. HOW…HOW…HOW ?

  4. People are following mastering Diabetes. Telling people that Protien and fat cause diabetes. Also telling them to eat fiber foods, beans and legumes, vegetables, fruits and grains. All foods you have to take insilin for.

  5. It’s not easy to lose weight, but I had fear to keep me going. Glucose spikes were scarier than a plate with less food. Almost 200 pounds down and my numbers have become boringly normal looking.

  6. Excellent Dennis! That diet is right from the Food Pyramid which is horrible for diabetics.
