He has nothing in the Deal with a cost basis of ZERO. The Investor has already received 100% of their Investment back. With ZERO Taxes being incurred in the process of their Capital being returned. The Fund has those ongoing operating expenses, but they’re transparent to the Investor because the property still Cashflows EVERY month. Furthermore, the Investor continues to own the same % of the property with Cardone Capital for the life of the Fund until the property is sold. Hard to Top those Results!
