No salary no loan. How to get tell me
Sounds like a great TV plot to me. Take us along with you as you invest your last million to invest and raise capital (you cannot use your channel to raise funds, only your contacts), the process must be recorded as you make your pitch (your calls, emails, etc,)
I’ll take you up on that challenge. Let’s get crazy and say you only have 100,000 to invest, then what?
“I’d just raise 19 million dollars” hey genius we don’t have billionaire friends to get free money from 😂😂😂😂😂
Man starting with a million and calling yourself „from broke“ is crazy 😂
Who’s going to tell him? 😂
Bro he is a billionaire he raised 2 billion dollars from the public masses he is not bullshiting like crypto bros who dont have any proof of wealth . This guy is legit if u dont believe that this possible that means its your fault buddy and the last point is he said if i go down to 1million so from 2bn+ to 1mil ,so it’s like saying if gogo losses 1arm and 1leg what would he do ,not a rookie ,he is precise in his words
Leverage debt. Not all is bad. “The right debt”
Exactly, I have about $160 million worth of debt. But it’s secured by about $250 million worth of property that cash flows enough to easily pay the debt and generate enough money to continue to buy more property.

Just raise 19mil like that…
Yes
I started my real estate journey with about $120,000. Yeah that’s a lot but it’s not an insane amount that no one can start with.
I used it to buy a $440,000 eight unit property in Houston that I sold soon after for 660
I use the profit in my original down payment back to buy a 16 unit. I didn’t sell that one, but I refinanced it and was able to pull out some cash and buy a 24 unit.
Fast-forward 15 years and likely hundreds of deals, I own 2000 units with no partners, no Investors, and a net worth of about 150 million with about 400,000 a month of free cash flow
Real estate is the way

Just reaise 19 millions like that
i’m still working on the first 250k
And end up with 8 billion in debt sounds like easy sleeping at night to me

Money is not come sir today help me God loves you
No job and broke = $1 million which = 17 years average wages in Amerca combined 😂
Where would you raise the money from? If you didn’t have investors doing a deal with you, where or how would you raise Capital to do a deal?
I would invest in a slider to pan the sound correctly
Math ain’t mathing buddy
