Ok. So where is the strategies?
HRT+ GLP1, then exeecises and diet works, like before (always must be restricted diet and workouts plan- cardio and strenght training – classic).
Influencers dont say you everything.
Walking is ok, but its normal routine, not workouts.
Don’t expect too much effect from just walking.
Yea not all of us have time for 20;000 steps daily.

Well, let me tell you this. I’ve gained a lot of bill fat and it’s all alcohol believe me cause I still like my Chardonnay Merlot actually just like wine in general.
But you know you work out all the time so it’s all different from you as you do nothing but work out. It seems you might eat a little bit here and there, but you stick to a strict regiment where most of us don’t.
So you can say what you want

You’ve been doing it for like 40 years. You may want to caveat that. All of your poses and body shots you forget to tell everyone at times that you’ve been doing this most of your life. Not realistic.
Your “before” looks great too
You have had something done cosmeticly.
You need a load of testosterone to lose body fat, all the exercise in the world won’t help gut fat after 40s if you’re lacking certain hormones
