Anyone who was locked up for J-6, even if they TRULY DID commit a but of vandalism or other low level felonies and misdemeanors have already spent enough time in jail and should have been rreleased a while ago. The ones that you see that were literally picking up trash off the floor or telling people to not get out of control… they should be not only pardoned, but PAID restitution for the political persecution they endured. Next, what about Ashley Babbit and that other guy that was beaten by batons and kicked and ounched whil on the ground who later died because of his injuries by the capital police. Those are the ONLY people that died because of violence on that day. All of the people that the media said died that day because of the protestors were a COMPLETE LIE. The officers that died after were because of health complications and I believe 1 or two actually took their own lives. The justice we want for J-6 is FAR from complete. And it’s the protestors that need restitution for it. NOT the government.
