  1. I was at the doctor yesterday last visit my a1c was 5.8 this time my a1c 4.9 I been under 5.8 for the last 10 years by using some of the Information I got by your video but the question I like to know is it bad for some one a1c jumping up and down

  2. Aw, come on, show us your belly. My problem with the annual wellness check up at the doctor’s off is that it’s only once a year. A lot can happen in one year. I get the results online and and look them up, what they are and what they mean, last report card in August was pretty good, but now I’ll have to wait till next August to see how I’ve done during the year. A week ago walmart was doing their little health clinc thing and my blood sugar was 90 which happened to also be fasting because it was early and I hadn’t eaten anything. Another plus is they have a small gift box with samples of goodies. A rather simple test is highth to waist ratio you use a string to measure floor to top of head then half it. I guess our waist is supposed to be half or less, that one I get an failed but my pants size I’m OK. Whateeeeeeever, 78 now, I’m not diabetic but I enjoy watching your videos and I know several, seems like most folks I know around my age are type 2 diabetic and I try to help them if I can.

    1. Yes, I think most pharmacies sell them these days. But they are a bit pricey. I can get a lab A1c done for less than the cost of the two kits.

  3. @12:00 It almost sounded like you were preaching about repentance. I guess 2 Peter 2:22 applies to diet as well. I’ve been appreciating what you’ve been doing since 2019, when I found your channel.
