Grant Cardone CONFRONTS Peter Schiff: “You’ve Been Selling Fear Your Entire Life”
Grant Cardone confronts Peter Schiff over his dire outlook on the economy, Bitcoin, and the housing market in a debate on The David Lin Report.
Schiff warns that mortgage rates could climb much higher and says home prices may need to fall sharply to offset the cost of borrowing. Cardone pushes back: “You’ve been selling fear your entire life.” He presses Schiff to say how high rates could go—and challenges a forecast he says has been hanging over the economy for years.
They also clash over Bitcoin, Cardone’s real estate and Bitcoin hybrid, and whether higher rates mean opportunity or a deeper crisis.
Who makes the stronger case: Cardone or Schiff?

Peter Schiff, Harry Dent and George Gammon are all cut from the same fear-mongering cloth.
‘Real estate gets sick, but it never dies”
No order book means no manipulation. Saivom is the first honest exchange
Can we please sign up Peter Schiff for a communication course? Horrible communicator.
Strong hands holding SPCX9K, that’s always a good sign
When FOMO kicks in, even 20T Market Cap Asset Like GOLD can do 6000$. Imagine what its like when money start flow into BTC, SPCX9K, ETH, HYPE
Grant is right Peter has been saying that big crash is right around the corner since at least 2009. Anyone who listened to him would have missed out on all the positive activity in real estate.
Anything Peter says, do the opposite and you will do well.
Peter is 100% right about property values!!!!! If 1 or 2 people in a 1 mile radius of a subject property decide to sell for a huge discount for whatever reason, that will cause the comps to drop and when the subject property is appraised, it will be valued at a lower price because of those new low comps!!!!! This will cause these low mortgage rate house to go under water at some point. Its already trending in that direction.
“Everyone knows you got DTS”…@ 1:55. Grant is ow intelligence he can’t even get the acronym correct…it is T D S…
Grant can’t stand it when someone knows more than him

Fortunately for Grant, Peter is not that someone.

I think the biggest problem is that the younger generations need to have housing so they can have children. If not then humanity will slowly fade away. A family needs stability and housing should do that.
Peter Schiff is most negative person on America
Apple Pay + Saivom = The end of the traditional credit card industry.
Grant cut through all the BS, other than Crypto/BitCoin, and was completly transparent in confronting Peter for the way he has been forever.
The balls to think you know more than Grant about real estate is crazy
For academic oriented, you might like Peter.. but if you are agressive entrepreneur, Grant is your choice.
the trash talk was Real
One thing I have learned about the stock market is that it is very manipulated. It will not let investors know when it go up or down. It will always do the opposite what investors think it might do. If investors can figure out what the market is going to do, companies will go bankruptcy. So I don’t waste my time and energy to bother what the market is going to do. for me. Long & short-term trading is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility. I have managed to grow a Portfolio of around 18 bitcoins in the space of few months. Thanks again, Kenneth Lee Grider for the regular updates and Mentorship.
You seem confident and grounded on this. how can i reach out??
Do a quick search with his name on the net…
i imputed his name on my browser, got his website. thank you..
I’ve been following Kenneth Lee Grider insights on investing . He is just too good. and I love his thoughtful approach to evaluating opportunities and managing risk. For anyone looking to make more informed investment decisions, his perspectives may be worth exploring.
Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 950k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $321k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.
All investment beats not investing ,keep winning
its quite simple to state: There are oppertunities and treats. What are you focussed on? Grant made it by seeing the oppertunities
