  3. There are those places ….because the people who live there provide those places with business. If you didn’t give them business, something else would move in and replace them. You aren’t a victim. I’m so sick of hearing people make themselves out to be victims. Throwing all of your money away on liquor is your choice.

  5. This applies to you all ordering DoorDash every other day. I just said to one of my tenants. Every day DoorDash is there. Is lower income not sec 8 but lower…he just paid $18 for a sandwich that he could have walked in and paid $11. Made it in his alt for $4. The $8 iced lattes. I do none of this. But I guess I have a renter for life.

    1. But this isn’t the fault of DoorDash, as Kevin may want you to believe. DoorDash offers a service and people use it all the time. If someone is failing to properly manage their money, it’s THEIR OWN FAULT.
