  6. You know what? I had a goal in my mind for some years now, and for a reason or another I never even tried to achieve it… mostly because I wasn’t sure if is what I needed and truly wanted. 3-4 yrs forward I am thinking about the same goal and this means that it should be done!!! If it’s on my list for so many years I should stop having doubts about it and just go for it.

  7. Thank you for today’s video. For years I’ve been trying to set some goals, but after a few minutes, my throat tightens with overwhelm and I give up. When you said if you’re not moving a goal forward, you need to examine your hesitation. Duh! A light bulb moment!💡 Tomorrow I’m going to work on my goals and see what happens.
