I am done with peanut butter. Even the all natural versions with just peanuts and salt. Too much of a temptation to have an entire jar in the house.
I buy a very small container (the smallest cup) of fresh ground. Once every week or week and a half. Really helps with portion control.
Yeah, I’m starting to rethink the all natural pb too.
Thank you for your videos, Dennis. I purchased your book.
Thanks, thanks, thanks a lot…

College weight is a better gauge, some people grow a few inches in college, or 22ish for non college people.
I have a question. If you stay low carb say 20 or under, does this make you more prone to having higher glucose if you start adding or cheating with carbs or sweets? And how about using allulose is it safe?
U have to take carb ingestion slowly after low carb.
Seems like even if you eat bad it is 15 to 20 foods over and over again find your replacement it will get better
I’m at my junior high school weight actually, unfortunately.
5’4″ 102 but was 5’2″ in 7th grade.
Took my first Blood sugar test 3 days ago…12.0 mmol/L or 234 mg/dl … after 3 days of only eating bacon in the AM and fasting the rest of the day with just water and Zero carbs . Now down to 7.8 mmol/L or 142.0 mg/dl . I did add some coffee and cream back into the last day. Best part is after just 24 hours I felt better, blood sugar is still a bit high but its only been 3 days! Thanks Dennis! I have been watching your videos for like a year or so…but this is the first time I took a blood sugar test… should have done it a year ago…
