    Um, no. That’s a great way to get overworked and burned out for no reason. If it’s a project that is for yourself and you can control the outcome by how much you put in, then yes, stay. When your at a company that is being abusive and wants more and more from you but never increases your pay only increases title and responsibilities (common these days) then no, dont try to stay. You dont want to be the winner in a race to the bottom
