You’ve got 5 minutes every day! Use it wisely. Who’s going to try this method tomorrow?

  • @melissacronecarvell says:

This is the best 5 minutes you could ever spend. This method sets the tone for you whole day! Easy Productivity? Yes Please!

  • @samantharindfield3107 says:

What would you recommend for someone in retail management that is responsible for a lot of little fires throughout their shift, but also have things that are REQUIRED to get done before they leave for the day? How do you plan time expectations for jobs like this?

  • @nida1990 says:

    Lovely 😊

  • @BertaRS says:

I love it. I know that an index card is too small for me but I usually keep scraps of paper for this purpose.

    • @nataliemarshall7158 says:

I was thinking the exact same thing! The size of my handwriting alone eliminates being able to use the card. So like you I’ll use this system scrap paper. I always knew there was a reason I couldn’t bear to throw away perfectly good blank paper 😆

  • @sarahrettell88 says:

Love this🖊️ . Question. Example, for the creative brief that was due for Thursday… Would you just extract that and put else where to have a reminder go off for this to be complete by Thursday? Where do you place those 3 to 4 days off ‘to do tasks’?

    • @michellelowbridge8090 says:

I would love to know this too!

    • @maegan22 says:

I think she writes it in her planner.

    • @thesuperjill says:

See video 2 in this series, the PARA one. There’s a whole brilliant system for Projects and Tasks. The client brief would be a Project in Notion (or whatever you use after watching the video), and anytime we think of something about the brief, we add it to the Project. Then when it comes time to work on it, all of our thoughts are in one place.

  • @danielleking8520 says:

Ugh, you’ve answered my prayers! I do this, but always knew there was something I was missing but Thank you so much!

  • @danielleking8520 says:

Can you give us more videos like this? Also, can you make time management videos? How do you manage your time and how to prevent yourself from wasting time.

  • @sarahfrancescutti9873 says:

Fascinating system, so minimal! Will give this a try 😁

  • @fluidchant says:

I would love to see a video about how to use a digital planner and physical planner at the same time!

  • @thesuperjill says:

I’m in love with this series. I’ve implemented it all. Great follow-up vid, which is indeed answering what my next question was. 🙂

This makes sense for planning things in the Project list, but what about also a bunch of little disconnected Tasks from the Task list?

  • @Pantara20 says:

    This could cure brain issues☕️🩷

  • @lifeisartreality says:

So much like the way I’ve thought over the years. Your videos are what made calendar blocking so practical for intentional living. And now, you’ve modernized it With the daily note/card that’s been missing! Productivity app addiction cured. Memory fixed!!!

  • @cathydenning9090 says:

The best easiest way to plan! Thank You!

  • @brendalg4 says:

What do you do when the things to remember side just keeps getting longer and longer? I’m not talking about over-committing. I’m talking about when you can’t keep up with the tasks of daily living and have no one to help and can’t afford to hire someone.
